The upcoming update focuses on enhancing core gameplay systems and introducing new content to make the game more challenging and complex.
⚔️ New Combat and Challenge Systems
- Dual-Sided Attacks: Monsters will now attack from both the left and right sides, complete with a pre-attack warning system to allow players to prepare.
- New Monster Types: Five new monster types are being added to diversify combat and strategy:
- Speed, Tank, Flying, Bomber, and Shieldler
- Shooting Knockback: Implementing a knockback mechanic for guns, adding a new dimension to crowd control.
🌙Resource Management
- Shop System: Players can access the shop to purchase essential items (Cards) upon returning to the "home/rest area."
- Shop Access Condition: The shop and rest area become available after successfully clearing every 5th Stage.
- Drop Items: Introducing new drop items from defeated monsters during gameplay.
✨ Visual Improvements and Future Plans
- Art Style Upgrade: The game's art style will be improved, addressing the rushed nature of the initial development.
- Story Mode: The Story Mode is currently being postponed due to insufficient development time.
Note : This game was developed solo in just one month as my university final project. It's not the best but I'm really proud that I made it almost everything by my self (except the sound-I have no idea how to make that yet, ;-; ). I'd love to imporve my skill as much as I can.
